Building & Zoning

The Building & Zoning Department serves the Town of Hilliard by promoting safe, orderly growth and development within the community. The department is responsible for administering local building codes, zoning regulations, and land use policies to ensure compliance with Town ordinances and state requirements.

Services provided include reviewing and issuing building permits, conducting inspections, processing zoning applications, and assisting residents, contractors, and business owners with development questions. The department also works to preserve the character of the community while supporting responsible residential and commercial growth.

The Building & Zoning Department is located at Old Town Hall, 15879 W Co Rd 108, Hilliard, FL 32046.
